COVVI (USA) strives to have the best customer service provision in prosthetics. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality support that ensures we keep our customers happy and deliver world-leading products at a very competitive price. Moreover, we pride ourselves on our excellent team of staff who have been in the prosthetics industry for a number of years.
Sean’s path to COVVI began with the traumatic loss of his right hand and wrist in a 2002 construction accident. Frustrated with the inadequacy of the prosthetic devices that were available at the time, Sean volunteered to be a test subject for any entity that was manufacturing or doing research on upper limb prosthetic devices. Testing lead to patient modeling and eventually to sales opportunities with Steeper USA and Infinite Biomedical Technologies. He is well known in the industry as a man who takes care of his employer, his accounts, and his fellow amputees.
His working days began as a Quartermaster (QM2ss) on a US Navy submarine, after that experience it was on to Lutron Electronics where he became a supply chain specialist and attained a certification in purchasing and inventory management (CPIM) at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His next post, at Atlantic Integrated, helped polish his sales and customer relations skills.
Sean has been in consultation with the engineers at COVVI since the very beginning. He is over-the-moon excited to show you our new hand and how easy it is to set up and use. Most importantly, he loves being part of the delivery of devices that change the lives of other amputees like himself.
