Prosthetic User Evaluation

To process your enquiry, COVVI will store and manually review your response through our CRM system. Any patient data and related information requested by COVVI may be shared with our registered distributors and clinical partners for further assessment and support prosthetic rehabilitation. COVVI may request information from healthcare professionals, clinicians, other customers, or other reporters (e.g., patients, caregivers) for adverse events and product quality reporting.

Any prospect, distributor, or clinical partner shall solely be liable to seek the user’s/patients’ consent before passing any assessment reports, medical records, or patient healthcare information to COVVI.

COVVI representatives will not use, share, or disclose patient general and health information further for any other purposes. Patient information may be deleted upon request and any patient/health data is always stored in a controlled, secure environment and kept strictly confidential.
