Policies and Procedures
COVVI’s branding and company ethos is built around our slogan of ‘Changing Multiple Lives Together Forever’, which we achieve through a positive organisational culture and values system.
This slogan underpins every aspect of our business and is extended to everyone involved from our distributors, clinicians and users to our suppliers, staff and operational stakeholders. We strive to ensure that the impact COVVI has on human resources and our environment is one of mutual respect and sustainability. As such, we are proud to share the various policies and certifications we currently hold to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation and considerate business practices, in every aspect possible.

Our Sustainability Journey
In June 2024, we embarked on our journey to make a strong commitment to sustainability. We worked with Walker Resource Management (WRM) to calculate, review and reflect on our current carbon footprint, highlighting areas for improvement.
The output of this project is a ‘Carbon Reduction Plan’ which is supported by a detailed action plan that allows us to focus on key deliverables over the coming months and years.
ISO Certifications: 9001 & 13485
COVVI earned both ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications in Spring 2024, which are awarded to organisations that are recognised globally as being industry leaders who are committed to delivering products and services that are high quality, well-tested, proven and exceed customer expectations.
The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental international organisation. It brings global experts together to agree on the best ways of doing things. From climate change to artificial intelligence, their mission is to make lives easier, safer and better for everyone.
Modern Slavery Policy
COVVI is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. COVVI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery within its business and in relation to any and all of its corporate stakeholders.
Within our organisation, we are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful working environment through a robust, non-discriminatory recruitment process and legally compliant employment practices.
