Modern Slavery Policy

COVVI is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. COVVI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery within its business and in relation to any and all of its corporate stakeholders.

Within our organisation, we are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful working environment through a robust, non-discriminatory recruitment process and legally compliant employment practices. 

Declaration of Conformity

All the components covered in our technical documents have been chosen and evaluated in accordance with compliance for the EU RoHS directive 2011/65/ EU: The products are produced with restricted use of hazardous substances to protect the environment.

Instructions For Use

The COVVI Hand kit is a prosthetic hand designed to assist individuals with upper limb deficiencies. Specifically crafted with anatomically correct dimensions, the COVVI Hand kit facilitates Activities of Daily Living through controlled movement of programmed grip patterns.

Our Instructions For Use is one of COVVI’s key documents that helps to provide information about the device, setup process and key features in a clear and concise manner. In order to ensure that all users have access to the information relating to older versions of our hardware, we have created this archive of previous public releases for this document.

Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of COVVI, and the use of the COVVI website is possible without any submission or indication of personal data; however, some services via our website may require the processing of personal data. Because of this, we will ask for consent from everyone upon visiting the website for the first time.

The processing of personal data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, or telephone numbers, shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to COVVI.

Registered Trademark

In December 2018, “COVVI” was officially registered as a trademark of COVVI Ltd, via the UK Intellectual Property Office under the number ‘UK00003342847’.

This trademark is valid across Class 9, Class 10 and Class 37 until at least October 2028
