COVVI Clinician Visits Veterans Hospital In Türkiye As Part Of Clinical Training

Organised by COVVI’s distribution partner in Türkiye, Clinical Services Director Shubham Agrawal recently provided a series of product training and certification sessions across key regions of the country.
Taking place over two days in both Istanbul and Ankara, the training covered the key features of the COVVI Hand, the COVVI GO App, and an introduction to the COVVI Portal. With hundreds of participants in attendance – including leading prosthetists and O&P students – the sessions provided a broad overview of COVVI’s products and technology. One of the sessions was also attended by a Turkish army veteran and dedicated COVVI user, who kindly volunteered to demonstrate the device and how he uses it as part of his day-to-day life.
Shubham Agrawal said, “Building relationships with our partners and their customers is so important to us. We work hard at COVVI to understand the evolving needs of prosthetic users, sharing insight with our partners on how we can support their journey.
“Our central goal continues to be to change multiple lives, and through the relationships we build with our clinical partners, we are able to achieve this now more than ever.”
As part of the sessions, Shubham also shared insights into the company’s future roadmap and upcoming products, highlighting how these innovations will deliver meaningful impact and increase levels of accessibility to advanced prosthetics in countries like Türkiye.
Participants were thrilled to learn about the unique benefits of the COVVI Hand. This included insights about the upcoming COVVI Wrist Suite, which is just one of the ways that COVVI continues to innovate to provide a highly personalised prosthetic solution. From aesthetics to the way users operate their bionic hand, COVVI offers a wide range of customisation options to ensure that the bionic hand suits each individual user.
Clinicians were also joined virtually by COVVI’s Servicing and Repairs Manager, Amelia Korko, who provided training to prosthetists on fitting the COVVI Hand Glove Kit.
With high levels of engagement, enthusiasm, and attendance from COVVI’s sessions with distributors and clinicians around the world, we are pleased to offer our customers insight and support to give prosthetic users the best possible experience.
