ISO Accreditations Secured As COVVI Passes Third Quality Audit

COVVI are pleased to report that after a visit from BSI earlier this month, both our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 accreditations have been secured for a third year running.
In the past year, the COVVI team have been working hard on a number of innovative products to enhance the experience for the users of our prosthetics. Ensuring that we have met the ISO quality standards throughout the development process has been a top priority for the whole team. This is the accumulation of a tremendous amount of effort from the COVVI team to ensure a consistent level of quality throughout the work that we do.
Simon Pollard, CEO of COVVI, said “This is heartening news both for the COVVI team and the customers we serve around the world. Maintaining these standards amplifies the fact that we value quality, and deliver that within the products that we produce for our users.
“Securing both ISO accreditations for a third year whilst pushing the release of new products is no mean feat, and I am pleased to report that our team has done an incredible job in embedding high calibre excellence in everything we do.”
ISO 13485 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management systems in the medical device industry, focused on patient safety, and consistent quality through the lifecycle of medical devices. ISO 9001 is the International Standard for Quality Management, designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers.
