US Servicing and Repairs Facility Celebrates 100% Success Rate

Six months ago, COVVI launched its Servicing and Repairs Facility in San Antonio, Texas, and since then, the team have been providing clinical staff across America with quick and stress-free support.
Having had an established base in the US since 2018, this expansion of services has taken the hassle out of repairs and servicing for prosthetists across the US. The facility is purpose-built to deliver quick and efficient turnaround times on COVVI’s advanced bionic hand. Knowing that clinicians already have so much to take care of when looking after their patients, the US branch of COVVI also provides direct support and world-class customer service.
COVVI CEO, Simon Pollard, said: “We believe that it is our job to support the servicing needs that our advanced prosthetic requires, instead of the burden being placed on clinicians. Since opening our US facility, we have been able to provide efficient and effective service for the prosthetic partners we work with across America.”
“Because we know how important having access to your prosthetic is, this allows COVVI users receive their hands back with minimal disruption to their daily routines.”
COVVI is pleased to report that over the past three months, 100% of all Services and Repairs at the US facility have been completed in 3 days or less.
COVVI is registered with the FDA and is in receipt of both ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality certifications, allowing us to service our prosthetics in the US to the highest possible standards.
